I’m giggling a little about how this outfit looks too hot to wear right now. Long pants and long sleeves? Really? But the sweater is sheer and super breezy, and the linen pants are lightweight (if slightly too short thanks to a dryer mishap).
Something about this outfit gives me Olsen twin vibes. But like, a mashup between the Olsens of the ‘00s and the Olsens of the ‘20s. It’s both boho and a little minimalist. And I for one am living for that combo these days.
It’s a well established fact now that I basically just wear flip flops in the summer. And I sometimes wonder if the Olsen twins are responsible for this deep flip flop love. I may never buy anything from The Row in my life, but MK+A will always hold a special place in my heart — Billboard Dad, anyone?
What do we think about the suede bag in the middle of summer? A straw bag might have made more sense, but I’m actually loving the unexpectedly off-season choice. The play between seasons — summer ease with fall richness — gives the look some life.
Also, I want alllll the sheer knit tops! Okay, not all of them, but at least one more. This off-the-shoulder one and this sleeveless one caught my eye. Which would you choose?
